Kozue - Azumi 2: Death or Love (2005) DVD
This is the sequel to "Azumi" which is set in the Tokugawa period of Japan (1603 - 1867).
Kozue is shown to be an ineffective and coward like warrior who appears to try and help Azumi and Nagara kill off a ruthless clan led by Masayuki Sanada.
However Kozue is not what she appears to be. She is in reality a double agent who is almost as skilled as Azumi herself. There is a battle scene which pits the 2 women against each other after she has killed Nagara.
The Shrine loved the cinematography and the choreography of this film and therefore the Shrine gives this film 3 1/2 out of 4 stars.
